Thiruvanthapuram: Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said that a probe will be conducted into the drunken brawl attack on two CISF men at the Thiruvananthapuram airport. Report on a minister's son involved in the incident will also be probed. He was speaking to mediapersons after the Cabinet meeting here on Wednesday.
Regarding the Lavlin issue, he had already conducted detailed discussions with the politburo. The chief minister said that there is no need to unnecessarily drag the issue. Regarding Balanandan's letter, he said that this will be discussed with the politburo on February 14 or 15 meeting. The politburo had earlier rubbished news about the existence of the letter.
On SC ruling on Vizhinjam, he said that the government will move forward and take further steps. He said that once he gets the SC ruling in hand, then the future course of action will be taken.
