Problems persist in Joseph group: P.C Thomas

Kochi: The former minister and Kerala Congress (J) leader, P.C.Thomas, in a press conference here today criticized the factional conflicts of his party saying that no one is really trying to solve the persisting problems.

'Though there are many who want me to contest again, I'm disinterested.'- he added. And he agreed to support Francis George in Idukki and Suresh Kurup at Kottayam who are contesting for the front.

He expressed his concern over the passive attitude of the party leadership towards him and his folks. 'The party used to avoid me during many decisive meetings, including the Youth Convention which took place at Moovattupuzha recently'- he said.
