Kochi: The High Court asked the district collector under what basis the land belonging to MLA Shreyamskumar was seized and a government board placed. The government should clarify under what circumstances the encroachment
was carried out, HC said.
The court also directed the Wayanad MLA Shreyamskumar to hand over relevant documents relating to the land to the court by Monday. The govt had seized the land belonging to Shreyamskumar in Krishnagiri.
