Bangalore: The Bangalore police on Saturday made it clear that the arrest of PDP chairman Abdul Nazer Madani would take place at a suitable time. Bangalore city police commissioner Shankar Bidri said that the proceedings for the arrest are nearing completion.
While pointing at Madani making attempt to challenge the fast track court verdict , Shankar said that as of now there are no legal obstacles for the arrest. Clarifying further, the commissioner pointed out that there is no connection between Madani challenging the fast track court verdict and arresting him. Madani will approach high court against sessions court verdict on Monday.
