Kochi: Police today produced the case diary relating to the murder of businessman Paul Muthoot George in the Kerala High Court.
Justice K T Shankaran was hearing the bail applications of four accused-- Sunil, Aneesh Kumar, Binoy Markose and Jain
Jose- when the diary was produced.
The judge posted the bail applications for October14.
The accused submitted that they were in judicial custody since August 23. Earlier, the Alapuzha sessions court had
dimissed their bail pleas.
George, Executive Director of Kerala-based Muthoot Group, was murdered by a gang at a deserted place near Alapuzha on
August 22.The group has interests in several areas including financing and hospitality industry. PTI
