New Delhi: Senior advocate Fali S Nariman will appear for CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan in the Supreme Court for hearing in the criminal writ petition filed by him in the SNC Lavalin case.
In fact, before filing the criminal writ petition, Vijayan had sought advice of legal experts including Nariman.
Top advocate Harish Salve will appear for Kerala government in the case. The court will take up Vijayan's petition on Monday.
Viajayan has filed the petition arguing that the governor's decision to grant permission to prosecute him as unconstitutional; he also wanted to revoke the CBI's chargesheet framed against him in the case.
