CPM CPM State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan on Sunday said that he would remain firm on his previous stand on the SNC Lavalin case. He was reacting to Dileep Rahulan's statement on Saturday that the decision to appoint Technicalia as a consultancy in SNC Lavalin deal was taken at a high level meeting attended by Pinarayi Vijayan.
Speaking to reporters in Kochi, Pinarayi stressed that the decision to appoint the consultancy was not taken by him but by the officials concerned and he is not ready to discuss the case with the media.
Former power minister Pinarayi Vijayan has been named as the 7th accused by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
