Union Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor has called for nurturing a customer service-oriented and entrepreneurship-based culture in Kerala to address the lack of employability among the State's youth.

IGNOU vice-chancellor V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai delivered the keynote address. Coir and Cooperation Minister G. Sudhakaran presided over the function. K.C. Venugopal, MP, Universal Empire Group chairman K. Balachandran Nair, IGNOU pro-vice- chancellor K.R. Srivatsan and others spoke
